| Robert J. Harris’ practice
encompasses construction law as well as complex commercial litigation.
With regard to his construction law practice, Mr. Harris has
litigated claims on behalf of developers/owners, general contractors
/subcontractors, and design professionals concerning building
defects, building delay claims, environmental exposures and
other significant issues involved in the construction process.
Mr. Harris' practice in the area of commercial litigation covers
sophisticated commercial contract disputes, systems integration
litigation, patent litigation, commercial lending disputes and
executive employment lawsuits. |

| Mr. Harris received his Juris Doctor degree in 1985 from the Yale Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1982, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. |
