Peter J Bedard Expertise Mr. Bedard’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex construction litigation, including construction delay, breach of contract, defects and omission, fraud and mechanic’s lien claims. Mr. Bedard has significant experience regarding issues arising from the design and construction of commercial and industrial properties.
